At Fypion Marketing, we operate on a results-first approach. We do not charge any upfront fees. All work is performed based on mutual agreement and a clearly defined scope.
 

Service Delivery

Services are initiated only after consultation and agreement with the client on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
 

Invoicing

Invoices are issued only after services have been delivered. Clients are billed post-delivery based on agreed outcomes.
 

Refunds

Due to our post-service billing structure and the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds.

By engaging with Fypion Marketing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

All services provided are based on a mutually agreed-upon scope. Any changes to the scope must be requested in writing and may affect delivery timelines and pricing.

2. Communication

Clients must provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals to avoid delays. We are not liable for missed deadlines due to client-side delays or unresponsiveness.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients own the rights to the final deliverables. Fypion retains the right to showcase work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and data as confidential. We do not share or disclose any information without written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due within the period specified on the invoice, typically within 7–14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a service fee or suspension of further work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fypion Marketing will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In such cases, clients are billed only for work completed up to that point.
